Pros
The only benefit you receive while working in this company is 12% cashback on your orders (so you have to spend the money you earn and send it back to them, to receive your "benefit") - No health insurance, no bonuses, no monthly allowances on orders for employees (they don't even use Wolt at Work to give out monthly budgets to their own employees) , little to no team events.
Cons
The company manly rotates around the question - How to get out more money from our clients? They don't care about improving the life of their employees (They will tell you they care about you, but they don't) or listening to your actual feedback about the company. Most people will pretend to be nice to you, but gossip behind your back. Just not a pleasant work environment to be in. In an internal interview I got asked - Do I drink a lot of alcohol? Because they have a team, that likes to party and drink a lot, so they need someone like that to fit in. ???? This is not an appropriate question to ask in an interview.. Overall, the experience at this company was the worst I've ever had to go through and I would never recommend for anyone to work here. Because no self-respecting and self-loving adult, for who the boundaries of work/life balance are important - would ever work here. P.s. I would like to mention, that for around the first 2 weeks of the war, Wolt was taking a neutral stance in the war and only after Bolt announced, that they were donating to Ukraine a portion of every order, pulling out of their market in Belarus and taking out all Russian products from the store - Only a few days later Wolt came out in support of Ukraine.
