Most of the colleagues are very positive and helpful and it is a great place to grow and get experienced on different roles. Tools are great and the product team is aimed to always improve,
Cons
Earlier when the team was smaller, people were more connected, but as the team grew, lots of problems arose that needed a strong leadership in local teams - which was not there. Mostly the support team was understaffed, people burned out and no time for 1-1 conversations, about which the country leadership obviously did not care. Support needed more leads and training specialist and we had none. Support team only functioned, because people within went beyond their responsibilities, but they all were on a line of burnout. Pay was really the minimum on market - support associates and leads earned way less than couriers and there were only formal payment reviews. This was major reason of why some of great employees left.
