Pros
Really great culture and people. It's also a very interesting and fast developing business to work on.
Cons
There are some growth pains - it can be a bit chaotic at times. Depends on the team, but there can be a lack of visibility in terms career progression\development, and sometimes there is not a very good work life balance. Often not very competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
