not bad pay hourly, very nice workspace with an emphasis on good vibes. flexible work hours and easy working hours switching with other employees system

very demanding and exhausting work that requires a lot of learning and acting on the fly, with very short breaks, which don't allow to take your eyes from the screen for more than 2 seconds
