      Pros

      Work-life balance, good for starting career, remote friendly, reasonable salary for Finland. Leadership seems good.

      Cons

      A lot of engineers keep extending the technology zoo for no reason. You can have 20+ languages and micro-services with custom setup. A lot of stuff was invented by people who knew how to ship stuff, but have not maintained large codebases.
