Pros
One of the beast teams I've ever worked with. Beautiful office space with snacks and drinks. Home office equipment is modern and provided by the employer. Very pleasant higher management (at least in this department)
Cons
Extremely fast paced job - from the moment you clock in, you are expected to function at 100% for your entire shift. Given the fast pace and workload, you don't get to talk with your office mates when you are in the office because you are 100% busy all the time. The department is understaffed and has a very high employee turnover which results in more workload than the current team can handle. You work on randomly assigned shifts (sometimes morning, sometimes evening) it is a 24/7 customer service. You handle 4 live chat at all times + phone calls, sometimes it is more than that. You are monitored constantly and judged based on metrics set by the management. You constantly deal with angry customers which will eventually drain you. I experienced burnout faster than in any job I ever did. The wage is very low, given the workload and stress.
