#DONOT JOIN SALES PROGRAM OR STRATEGY OR ANY OPS Role in any Commercial Department" Values : You can only see in their website - further no comments Leaders with 0 decision-making skills in WfW Guess Sales Org in Wolt for work no more aligns with actual wolts values, they lack empathy and if you point revenue generation strategic gaps , No wonder you might be on Firing Radar, -Company is poor in accepting and taking feedbacks Hiring: -HR will text you on WhatsApp and they asked for 3 more interviews because they weren't able to either express what they actually need from the role or decide on 5levels, so it went to 7 levels with people from irrelevant departments. -The task during Interviews could be so extensive and exhaustive that u had to spend 4 days minimum requiring, enablement, startgy,operations, data , crm expertise all in one Leaders : -There are lot of leaders, who don't even know what to expect in role. -Unable to make decisions , wrong expectations, Pooor communication of whats needed
