Pros
Amazingly good people, great challenges, awesome managers and great work-life-balance. Also the culture is so good - it’s going to be hard to find something similar in another company. The CPO (Vincent) is one of the most inspiring people I’ve met.
Cons
No really good perks for employees, just the basic and a bit more - even getting IT supplies (eg, new computer, good earphones) is sometimes challenging
