Pros
Really nice people and atmosphere, good looking office, low pressure and realistic targets, relaxed office rules, great work-life balance.
Cons
Shockingly low compensation package: below market monthly pay, no sales bonuses or commission per sale, no regular country benefits such as a Christmas bonus, end of year bonus, literally nothing. Unnecessary insistence on office based work when most positions can be done fully remote. I would say this is a good 1st job, to enter the industry, after that - hit the road.
