Be aware. The company is not the friendly Finnish startup anymore. Since acquired by Doordash, it hired solely managers who are promoting toxic corporate culture that is common in the US. People that built the foundations of the company have been kicked out, because they are "no longer meeting expectations". Do not come to design, lots of gaslighting and manipulation form design management. As middle management, you either get brainwashed or tortured to comform.
