      Salary is competitive, work is very challenging

      Poor leadership, limited promotion opportunities, constant change from the top down. From C-level to PL management, no push back, simply do the actions with no long-term strategy

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
