- Young and friendly coworkers. - Very flexible regarding working remotely. - Well located office.
Cons
- Competitive culture, in the bad sense. People going towards different goals regarding the company goal. - "Agile" but the manager don't trust on it. Just a simple way to show off but doesn't match the reality of the company. - Managers were behaving like heads of a sect instead of being leaders. - Stressfull environment not that much with the workload but in terms of discussions, disputing such a useless things. - Very long meeting when everybody gives an opinion but nobody prepared or had any kind of information about the topic. "Guess-driven" model, arguments are not needed, just guessing it's enough to have a meeting and make decisions. - There're two sides: -- Complainers: Anyone who does't agree with the decisions made. -- MPV: you're always supporting the decisions and always happy. - A high index of rotation.
