The management's behaviour has been described as toxic and dishonest. It has been suggested that in order to receive necessary attention and support, one must be on good terms with the manager. Additionally, the management has been accused of being uninvolved in dealing with rider issues and even encouraging dishonesty towards them. The work environment was plagued by racism, dishonesty, and a lack of teamwork. If someone was not liked, their colleagues would band together to force them out, regardless of their honesty. Managers and supervisors would pressure employees to resign without providing evidence of poor performance. In one instance, my supervisor accused me of something I did not do and lied about it. There were no opportunities for growth. I have noticed that they only promote their friends. Despite my experience, I have been passed over for a promotion in favour of someone they like. They terrorised the riders for small mistakes such as not wearing helmets, resulting in them being punched, having their shifts deleted, and being blocked for a week. The company also fired many riders who protested against them, claiming it was their right. Additionally, a team leader gave the names of protesting riders to the manager, resulting in their termination. The company consistently ignored the riders and failed to provide assistance. Furthermore, they would often fire multiple riders at once, singing 'KÜNDIGUNG' and making jokes at their expense.
