Pros

Drive some nice cars and if you like driving you get to do minimum 5 hours of that a day

Cons

Never know what time you’re going to finish. Lazy staff rewarded with promotions as they stay in the office while hard workers sent out to drive all the time. Minimal development from management . Expected to explain why you missed on a sale after serving a customer and the answer was usually ‘that’s not good enough’

Pros

A low, but stable income, and dual monitors. I struggle to think of any other real pros.

Cons

1) Very, very poor PTO (Less than TWO weeks INCLUDING sick leave). 2) Pretty poor starting salary that they lie to you about in the hiring process. 3) A lifeless, dull work environment. 4)

Pros

You get to meet other motivated professionals. As long as you have a degree they will hire you. You get to drive some cool cars and get a good discount.

Cons

This company is physically and mentally abusive. They literally employ brainwashing techniques to gaslight you into thinking you will be a millionaire if you stick with the company. Once I became salary, it was expected to work superbly insane shifts, one time I went 3 weeks without a day off, with clopens (closing and then opening) shifts. A typical day ended up being about 12 hours, generally without lunch. Improper fleet mix and amount, meaning you will have to tell people who reserved cars you aint got nothing for them. Big time conflict of interest relationship issues, ie people being promoted after sleeping with someone. There is a small group of people who had started a cocaine ring. I didn't realize until I was no longer working for them, that I had become malnourished, not gone to the doctor or dentist in over 2 years, and lost a pretty significant personal relationship because of this company. My advice, speaking as someone who would have had a future with this company if I was still with them, STOP. Do not pass go. Do not collect $$. Run away. Decline the job . It. Is. Not. Worth. It.
