- Move around a lot, not in an office all day - fun staff - do almost everything full time staff does, barring some managerial tasks like setting goals and tracking financials - Drive a wide variety of cars

Cons

- washing cars in a suit in summer is not fun.

very friendly staff through out the company. regular training to improve staff on enterprise life to help your promotion aspirations within the company

Cons

very long hours(50+) so no work life balance . Job role is advertised as a management trainee but you basically driving cars most of the day

Pros

Most of the people you work with are nice Good progression if your keen for the hard hard work involved but with not much reward or appreciation

Cons

No life outside of work whatsoever - it’s a misery Made to feel guilty if you never stayed late to help out (which was most nights) Works out the pay is less than minimum wage after the amount of hours you work Yes there is career opportunities - if you pretty much sign your life away (you will do a minimum of 70 hours a week, that ain’t no life!) You drive all day, everyday, which is very unsafe especially in poor driving conditions - your life is worth more than this job believe me You are a glorified taxi driver - you would be better off being an actual taxi driver to be honest because you would be paid better If you are in a small branch you pretty much will do the job of an assistant manager without the pay or title
