There are no pros working at Enterprise.

Cons

I worked at Enterprise Holdings for almost two years. I completed the management training program and the job kept getting worse over time. The Area Managers are just as shady as the Branch Managers. They DO NOT care about their employees. There is no commission involved. Everything you "sell" goes right into your managers paycheck. Management and other staff lied to customers by putting on protection without ever telling the customer that the protection was on. This company should never be looked at as a good company. They do nothing but lie and scheme innocent people. Also, AWFUL work/life balance. You are working almost 12 hour days. I would never recommend this job to anyone .

Pros

Learn how to deal with rude customers. Generally nice co-workers. If you are chosen to advance because you are a sheep lucky you. Have your parents own a dealership and bodyshop and you're sure to get promoted. Good benefits.

Cons

Always understaffed. No work life balance. No transferable skills. Upper management only wants cheap labour. They will replace you with someone cheaper as soon as possible. Always someone from head office on you for something. (ox, lpc, dw sales, ipc, growth) Area managers tend to care but everyone above doesn't. Group managers couldn't care less about you. (Todd, Grant and Dimitri) Always stressed about something. Cleaning cars in a suit all day everyday. I feel bad for the sheep that still work here. What a waste of time in my life.
