Pros

Great Benefits - 3% 401(k) match - 3 different medical insurance options - Rx, Dental, Vision, Life-Insurance, EAP, Travel Assistance Program - For Account Executive (AE) role > Cell Phone allowance > Company Car w/personal use option of $200/mo. > Flexible schedule Enterprise truly cares about their people. Even if something doesn't fall your way (i.e. promotion, performance numbers, significant life event), if you give them a chance, there's a lot of people who are willing to go the extra mile for their employees.

Cons

- Sometimes long hours as you're still figuring out the job. - Must know (or learn) how to make things happen for yourself. Career growth is not automatic based on tenure, promotions will not be handed to you on a silver platter (which I actually prefer).

Pros

They're always hiring, good experience right out of college, potential to move up is there.

Cons

Long hours and days, viciously competitive environment where the managers encourage employees to fight it out and see who's left standing, get relocated all the time, have to wear a white shirt and tie every day including cleaning disgusting cars in said white shirt. Your pay is influenced by the financial performance of the branch, but your advancement opportunities are based on a ridiculous customer satisfaction survey; and if someone reserved a car, you gave them that car, and they didn't like that car for any reason and decide to complain about it on the survey, that means you must be a terrible employee.

Pros

Great first job if you have no professional work experience

Cons

Everyone starts from the bottom... So if you do have experience they dont care. Also they have very few minorities in leadership positions and it seems like they want to keep it that way
