Pros

You learn how to sell.. you can learn that anywhere... you are better off being a sales associate for Best Buy or something.

Cons

Everyone that works as a sales management trainee is dying to leave if they have not left yet and the "branch managers" hate their life. You literally work 12 hours a day getting $15 per hour.. they say you will make $40k a year for 49 hours a week but yet you end up make $1100 every 2 weeks for 60 hrs. They are literally crooked and they do not care about their employees. All they want is for you to sell sell sell and that's it. They try to make you feel important and everything but you soon realize you are not. Most of the branches don't even have a break room so you literally have to stand in the rain/cold to take a break. Oh also.... most people don't even take their breaks when they are working 12 hour shifts. Last time I checked.. it was illegal in Massachusetts to do that. But whatever. Enterprise is exploitation to the max. Don't do it. Oh and when you get promoted you end up working the same 12 hours a day if not more and now you're on salary so no OT. FUN.
