I started Enterprise many years ago in the MT Program. After all of these years, I continue to have advancement opportunities, incentive opportunities, and am still receiving development from my team and company. Enterprise is like my 2nd family in which I keep gaining more and more family members throughout my tenure. The company values and constant focus on those values make this a wonderful place to have a career. Excellent compensation.

Cons

Let's be real, it's not a 40 hour work-week however, you get what you put into it. This position is not for someone who wants to sit at a desk and just clock in. It's definitely for someone who likes to be challenged, be on the go, have fun, work hard and be rewarded for that hard work.

THE PEOPLE- my co workers in my branch and area are amazing and I've created life long friends. Area manager really cares about my personal well being, great training program, great company to use has a stepping stone to get to what you really want to do

Cons

NO work life balance at all, long hours (12-13 hr days), hate having to work both days on the weekends ( my branch is a 7 day operation), feel the salary is too little for the amount of work put into the job, and dealing with the public everyday is exhausting.
