      Not worth the degree you worked hard for

      Pros

      If you like driving. You will enjoy driving company cars all day long. You get to interact with a lot of people if you work at the airport.

      Cons

      Be ready to wash cars at all times, you will be a driver picking and dropping customers off before and after rental. Long working hours. The promise of growth is over rated. You have tollway politics as well as study a hell lot of stuff as though you are preparing to be a certified accountant. Not worth the degree I worked so hard for.

      Pros

      They say it's a great place to "jump-start" your career and that is all it is. Learned valuable business skills that I will continue to use.

      Cons

      Upper management will tell you anything to keep you around and keep drinking the kool-aid. VERY dishonest and misleading for their own personal gain. No matter what upper management says, there is no place to go in rental after Branch Manager, unless, you are willing to wait around for close to a decade for it.

      Fun environment, Easy job to get out of college despite degree.

      Cons

      Long long long work hours 55 hour weeks. Pay is horrible for the amount of time put in. Management does not really respect you. Have to clean cars in a full suit. Have to be a driver a lot of the times.
