Pros

Fun and friendly place to work and teamwork rules. It's all about the customer experience at enterprise. Great first job out of college.

Cons

Working with managers that don't understand managing people. Other than that I can't really complain. They say it's a performance based company, but there is always someone tagged as "the chosen one" who doesn't deserve to be promoted who will get a position over someone else for no reason.

Pros

Great pay/benefits. Great place to establish career in business world. Great training, great people to work with, great advancement opportunities. great sales training and experience.

Cons

Work/life balance, work 50-60 hrs a week, long hours and work weekends/ holidays, constantly have to buy new suits and professional attire to wash cars in. change locations a lot. The customers are absolutely awful, retail and customer service.

Cons

not too many cons, long hours would be the main one that comes to mind. Once you get to the assistant manager position mobility becomes pretty competitive
