Pros

training is two weeks from being over.

Cons

Dumb trainer with the most annoying voice ever!!! We waste so much time in training on the things that really don't matter as far as learning about the position and learning policies/procedures. I really think the trainer likes to hear herself talk for some reason ( again annoying voice), because half the crap she says is unnecessary.

Does Not Promote Within/Okay Company

Pros

Very laid back work environment (unless you work in the National Service Department as a NSC). Okay benefits with decent pay after 5 years of service.

Cons

Management shows favoritism. Does not promote within unless you have a certain skin color. Lack of leadership from Sr. Supervisors. Management. Very hostile work environment. NSC get treated like crap because they are stuck on the phones ALLDAY. Supervisors are very nosey and do ALOT of micro management. They give monthly molecules to NSC that are suppose to be based off your performance but is never accurate due to system error. The call center NSD is like a highschool working around a tone of unprofessional young adults. Hire anyone that can pick up the phone and say HELLO.

Pros

Met many great people and Co-workers , when you look for your next job ( and you will ) after working 60 hour work weeks (with no lunch) they do like Enterprise on your resume

Cons

Zero work/life balance, Terrible hours (7am -7pm most days), Very poor upper management, Trainees are looked at as pieces to be moved around on a chessboard all while told that it is good for you internal resume. Company moral is worst I've seen, never have enough cars to rent , culture of scheming and shady behavior towards customers and other branches, turnover is extremely high , would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, unreachable branch sales goals which impacts your salary or lack there of, low base pay, no overtime , no free rental car for assistant managers , Most branches will be soon be open 7 days per week, Not enough employees to fully staff busy branches, one employee car accident = no commission for the month,
