False advertising as a graduate scheme - 70+ hour week, working on weekends
Pros
Starting with a cohort of graduates was good
Cons
Lots of these reviews I know have been written by the management so do not weight heavily on the good ones if you're thinking of applying Many graduates find themselves trapped here, unable to leave as it would look bad on your CV so finish the scheme so they haven't 'quit' You will be working selling excess waiver, driving cars, picking up customers and that is it- It is NOT a graduate scheme. You do not learn anything and you don't even need a degree to apply! No concern for female safety, often late night drives alone or someone from the car valet team, nothing done if you feel uncomfortable Sometimes you will be working 70+ hour weeks and expected to do this, you will DEFINITELY have to work on the weekends, sometimes both days. Your annual salary is minimal. You will get paid p/hour more working a minimum wage job than the graduate scheme. Holidays and AL are hard to book off Poor HR department - Not concerned about employee wellbeing Cannot recommend strongly enough not to apply
