Pros

Teaches good work ethic Young culture Other companies respect people who come from Enterprise

Cons

This maybe the most unethical company I have ever worked for. The amount of shady deals done and prejudice I saw at my branch was unsettling. Management does not care about you, they want you to make your numbers so they can get promoted. Also you have no work life balance, and God forbid you work at the airport, you might as well kiss your social life goodbye, along with your holidays with family. Pay also sucks for the hours you are working.

Pros

Working from home, also offers decent benefits.... Hopefully no monthly prescriptions because their coverage (which I pay for the highest option) barely covers my anxiety and depression medication.... Which are NEEDED for this job

Cons

You are held to all eexpectations to a T quarter"

Pros

The only benefit of working for this company is that you can work from home and that they pay you a decent wage per hour

Cons

There are two entities: The cap team which is the Work from home and then you have the branch locations where you get the cars from. The problem is is that you were told to trust the system that we check for availability of cars and if it says there's a car then you go ahead and book. A lot of times when the customer gets to the branch the branch will say that there are no cars and that to never trust the Cap Team. Personally I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow two different places to operate like this for one of them to throw the monkey on another's back and let them deal with the hassle so they don't have to deal with the customer which is very poor customer service in my opinion.
