      Pros

      I actually loved working with so many people at once. It was great for my social skills and it helped me to push myself to do better than everyone else around me.

      Cons

      As a Management Trainee you get paid around 30K. So your taking home less than $500 a week and you are working a minimum of 55 hours doing customer service, cleaning cars in suits and ties and writing rental tickets.
