work hours 40 per week only. people are nice. good opportunity out of college. work life balance. employee discounts and benefits are neutral.

Cons

too much corporate drama stupid co workers. cheap management. cheap company. only level threes get all the benefits. no room for growth because level three employees will never leave.

Pros

1) Fun place to work - normally have great co workers motto Work hard Play hard. 2) Experience with customers service will not see/handle more customers anywhere else. 3) Get to work with others for a common goal. 4) Basic B to B marketing , if you have time.

Cons

1) Depending where you live - weather (in & out) all day washing vehicles WET conditions/poor. 2) Hours (avg 55 hours week). 3) Compensation - Company design is to bring in college grads making 31,000 annually with a light at the end of the tunnel. -- you could move your career forward to Branch Manager within 15 months making 43,000 annually (best I seen) then you work your way up to larger branches and at best making 53,000 annually. 4) Revolving Door - Poor Management - Just plain out mistreated/disrespected (on weekly basis).

Pros

I enjoy learning all the sales and management aspects. I also appreciate the upward mobility. I like the workers and the location is good.

Cons

The primary downside is that all employees are started at the same position. I would have liked if they started me at a position more in line with my education.
