      Make this job a "resume-builder" at best

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Opportunity to learn skills in public speaking/communications, sales/marketing, customer service, asset/employee management, human resources, and profit/loss analysis.

      Cons

      Everyone is expendable, branch managers and below especially. Work hard, play hard environment that yields 10-12 hr days with low pay. Promotions are not enitrely based on performance. Extremely politcally company. Company preaches about taking care of their employees, but falls far short from fulfilling this promise.

      This is a company where rapid advancement is available IF THE COMPANY IS GROWING. Otherwise, you can languish in the same position.

      Cons

      For the most part, you have to be willing to move locations a lot. You are also paid not very well.
