Pros

You will work hard, learn back-end requirements of a business, and learn what it takes to earn and keep lifelong customers. You will laso learn how to wheel and deal. Selling is important at Enterprise as you must be able to confidently sell the protection that are offered with thre rentals. You will also test and find out your ability to work alongside many and varied colleauges who are often in competition for the same high-demand cars during peak seasons and days.

Cons

Long hours and small compensation.

Pros

Its a good place to start a career. Most all your fellow employees will be just like you...fresh out of college and ready to climb the corporate ladder. Benefits are decent.

Cons

You will have no life outside of work. You work 65+ hours/week. Are required to work every other Saturday. You get paid nothing. They will entice you and say you will make $36k your first year but its only if you follow their strict career path and meet goal they fail to disclose to you during the interviews. You end up making about 31K /year. You wash cars....Great way to use your Bachelors Degree....

Pros

A great training program. It depends on what office you are at, but some of them do a lot for their employees. Lots of after work functions and other events that help a 60 hr work week renting cars seem a little bit better.

Cons

Over worked and underpaid. You do not move up the ladder as easily as the company makes it seem. They have an unbelievable high turnover rate. Which is understandable when you work 60 plus hours a week and walk away with a less than $400 pay check. It also seems as though some of the most dispicable people are the ones to excel.
