      Pros

      they hire most people with University/college degrees great rental discounts for friends and family. You can move up in the company if you put in the effort keep upper management happy

      Cons

      low pay long hours cleaning cars in a suit you dont need a University/college degree to do this job. too competitive your just a number. Management does not care about you. A teenage car prep had a accident while driving a rental ( these things can happen) the kid was shaken. no one except me asked him if he was okay. At that time i realized that if i make a mistake there is no support available and no one is going to care about me. My manager was very aggressive. He used to micromanage a lot and yelled at everyone too. I was traumatized with the way he talked to me and left the company after a few months. Educated people should seriously consider other alternatives before taking this job!
