No work-life balance! If you become a manager, be prepared to work over 11 hours per day without a lunch break. Was never able to get important things accomplished in my personal life (i.e. doctors, dentist etc.). Performance plays a part, but EVERYTHING is politics. If upper management and corporate likes you, you will be promoted, so bleed green, drink the "kool-aid," and play the game to the best of your ability. They exaggerate promotion possibilities. It is possible to make 6 figures there, but it is highly unlikely and very difficult. A lot of gender discrimination, and some race discrimination(not a lot but I've seen it happen). In Philly your day will start around 7am and end after 6pm. Company Culture is terrible in some aspects. The company promotes hard work, and conditions and brain washes employees into believing that working 11+ day is normal and you shouldn't feel tired, or over-worked. Molds employees into believing that this is normal treatment and they should be excited to come to work and deal with being disrespected by customers and body shops. You will also work in snow storms, hurricanes, blizzards etc. I have worked in 15 feet of snow and the company will not close, your safety doesn't matter. COMPENSATION IS AWFUL.
