Pros

Some nice non management ,fellow employees. I wish them well.

Cons

Worked for Enterprise three years,in all elements of weather, outside cleaning cars. No safe guards to employee's well being and health in related duties. The cars are never ending filth from pigs , Lack of employees forces workers to do much more than the salary commensurates. Favoritism to some by management while others are over burdened. They claim they want team players, while laughing behind your back.

Pros

You will meet some cool people that will be your friends for life. This is also a negative because it makes it harder to quit (and believe me, they know this, it's designed this way)

Cons

"Now that I look back, I wish I had stayed at Enterprise" -said no one ever How much time ya got? Haha Oh you just worked a 12hr day, didn't take a lunch, you want to home and see your family? sorry we have a mandatory happy hour, it'll look real bad to the higher ups if you don't go. If you don't drink the Kool-aide there is no hope. If you are dead set on working here, my advice is become an Asst Mgr then quit. It does look good on a resume, simply for the fact that employer know how mistreated and overworked Enterprise employees are. It will also make whatever your next job is seem like a piece of cake (by comparison)

Pros

The people! I met wonderful people at ERAC and formed great friendships and relationships. Upward mobility and the opportunity to learn how to effectively manage people. Also a good company to have on your resume, especially if you're looking to stay in sales.

Cons

No work-life balance! If you become a manager, be prepared to work over 11 hours per day without a lunch break. Was never able to get important things accomplished in my personal life (i.e. doctors, dentist etc.). Performance plays a part, but EVERYTHING is politics. If upper management and corporate likes you, you will be promoted, so bleed green, drink the "kool-aid," and play the game to the best of your ability. They exaggerate promotion possibilities. It is possible to make 6 figures there, but it is highly unlikely and very difficult. A lot of gender discrimination, and some race discrimination(not a lot but I've seen it happen). In Philly your day will start around 7am and end after 6pm. Company Culture is terrible in some aspects. The company promotes hard work, and conditions and brain washes employees into believing that working 11+ day is normal and you shouldn't feel tired, or over-worked. Molds employees into believing that this is normal treatment and they should be excited to come to work and deal with being disrespected by customers and body shops. You will also work in snow storms, hurricanes, blizzards etc. I have worked in 15 feet of snow and the company will not close, your safety doesn't matter. COMPENSATION IS AWFUL.
