Pros

The pay and benefits are amazing and you meet some wonderful people.

Cons

They will burn you out and do nothing to fix it. Managers are kind but there will always be more you could do or another project to take on. The work from home policies are incredibly strict. Only 5 days a year.

Pros

Solid pay progression + ownership, onsite food availability is nice

Cons

So idiosyncratic; company’s internal commandments are posted in the BATHROOMS. Work life balance isn’t good. You’ll get staffed to two projects at the same time, which might be fine workload wise, but you’re expected to call around and find backups for when you’re traveling to one client. How do you not have some sort of system/process to help out with that when this role travels ~50%??
