Pros

- Feedback-oriented culture provides avenues to both give and receive feedback. - Job security - A lot of growth opportunities - both in terms of acquiring knowledge/skills as well as advancing in role/responsibility - Good benefits (salary, stock options)

Cons

- Steep learning curve! You'll get real responsibility quickly, but the first year will be a constant challenge as you get oriented in fundamental knowledge. - High risk for burnout. Your experience may vary based on project/role assignments, but it's not uncommon for people to be overstaffed (e.g. staffed 10 hours to a project that realistically requires significantly more time to do a satisfactory job). - Minimal WFH flexibility and relatively low PTO/paid holidays for first two years.
