Pros

Epic has a good product that is easy to be proud of. You are given a lot of responsibility quickly which can be stressful but rewarding. Training is comprehensive. Culture is amazing.

Cons

No option for remote work; every day in office. You are given a lot of responsibility quickly, which can be stressful for some. Hard work does not feel like it is rewarded at times.
