Pros

Cool projects, interesting to work in healthcare. Great job security, rapid salary growth, and rapid internal growth paths. Great benefits and Madison/Verona are solid places to live.

Cons

Hard to shift to non-Epic or non-healthcare industries after you’re done. Most staff last about 1.5 to 3 years. If you find yourself enjoying it past that it’s fantastic, but you will be extremely busy past that point.

Pros

-Good people -Good benefits -Learn how to work hard

Cons

-Culture of maximizing = overworking implementers and shaming colleagues who aren't overworked -Pressure leads to mental health problems for many implementers due to not achieving success with unrealistic workload -Difficult to uphold boundaries you set with company culture, even with increased tenure
