Pros

Really smart, driven coworkers; maximum of 1 other person to share an office with; the food is incredible; meaningful work (to a point); excellent insurance and great raises

Cons

Raise/bonus is based on rankings which becomes a popularity contest; the reward for good work is more work (and typically good raises, but at what cost?); no focus on professional development, very much a sink or swim strategy for professional growth; terrible PTO and WFH policies; employee retention strategies include dangling a sabbatical in front of you at 5 years (after 5 years of abysmal PTO) and making sure that you can't get a job in healthcare IT for at least 18 months after leaving (aka the only field you likely have experience in since you were likely hired straight out of college).

Pros

Good first job that will hire with no experience Excellent benefits

Cons

You'll be treated like a child and worked to the bone. Use this as a resume builder and career stepping stone. It is not a good long-term career option. There is massive turnover.
