Pros

Iron sharpens Iron, so you'll probably leave Epic with very high abilities to be a hard working, accountable, and organized employee.

Cons

Work/Life balance. Be prepared to work 60-80 hours each week, every week, with no overtime pay. There is no way to fight for a better work life balance and Epic won't listen to your personal problems because enough of your peers will be willing to put in the work. The pay could be considered decent for 40 hours per week. There is a reason the average tenure for implementation services employees is a year and a half; it doesn't make sense to stay.

Pros

Great management, lots of resources and located in a fantastic city. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons

Heavy workload but if you are a hard worker this shouldn't bother you at all.
