Pros

High autonomy, travel perks, smart coworkers who are always willing to help, great pay and decent benefits, subsidized culinary services, great first job that will open many doors in healthcare

Cons

Flat management structure, CEO and other C-suite level folks are out of touch with IS role's issue (or just don't care), performance review criteria is unclear and subject, customers team can be weak, internal processes and documentation is weak, not a ton of upward mobility, work life balance can be challenging during parts of the install
