Pros

The food is pretty good

Cons

- Waterfall project management - Old and difficult tech stack - The code-base is a big mud ball, and it takes forever to fix even the simplest bugs - > 40 hours/week - Unreasonable expectations - No teamwork - you're on your own - No trust - Software developers aren't really developers since they spend more time managing projects and collecting business requirements than working in code

Pros

Good pay, good health insurance, and generally an accepting attitude. Personally I really love the lack of dress code

Cons

In order: 1. Heavily encourages overworking it's employees 2. Company culture generally kinda sucks, it has a strong cult vibe and seems to think that because it does good things that means it's employees should work extra hours or do whatever it takes to satisfy customers
