Pros

There's a good combination of individual responsibility and available support systems. The corporate culture is not hierarchical and you're encouraged to communicate clearly across all levels of management. The work is meaningful, as it does touch the lives of patients across the world in a very positive way. All the while, you're compensated well.

Cons

The top priority is always the success of the customer. This is great for our customers, but will occasionally make life difficult for employees staffed on tough projects.

Pros

Huge campus with interesting offices. No cubicles, every employee has their own or shares an office. Great subsidized cafeteria. Culture is worm hard/play hard

Cons

Almost cult-like atmosphere. If you get assigned to a project you do not like you will be stuck with it for years and that could easily ruin your experience.

Pros

- Decent salary - No experience required, they hire recent grads - Opportunity to move up quickly - Lots of autonomy in your work - Flexible schedule - Tons of travel perks - Annual bonuses - Amazing health benefits - Cool facilities - Close to Madison - Company has community interests in mind, wants to do good, not all about making a profit

Cons

- Expected to work until the work is done, often 70+ hours/week - Evening and weekend work is the norm - Salaried, not hourly - Travel can be exhausting, often expected to start work at 7am after a flight that landed at midnight the night before
