Pros

It's easy to meet people and make friends because the starting classes are so big and you usually work with a team. Very good pay and benefits. You learn a lot and develop management soft skills very quickly.

Cons

Happiness and success are very dependent on the people you work with, especially your manager and team lead. The training is not sufficient compared to how much you are expected to know. Much more technical in nature than the interview process portrays. Poor work life balance - lots of travel (which is good unless you get an undesirable location), very long hours.

Great to gain new professional skills and save money right out of college Great opportunity to learn a lot quickly and fain stills to take to another job where you need experience Good healthcare benefits They hire good people, so the people you are surrounded with are pretty great

Cons

Not long term job unless you are a software developer due to workload, culture, and limited growth options financially - you plateau at a certain point and your title rarely, if ever changes, making it hard to translate on a resume to other companies Once you are good at something you are continuously taken advantage of and overworked Not a great retirement plan/401k matching Culture is exhausting and pretends to care about employees, but they don't
