Challenging work, great for general-skill building. Managing workloads, and interacting with customers and co-workers is a recipe for building a powerful set of skills. The company is very open with their employees and hosts a once-a-month staff meeting with all of the employees.

Cons

The workloads can get a little out of hand, especially if you are taking on work from employees who have quit or have put in their notice.
