Smart, interesting coworkers Very open and flat culture - you can call up anyone and expect them to help you out, and everyone's ideas are taken seriously Lots of opportunities for growth - your manager will suggest growth opportunities to you often or you can find your own.

Cons

You will be busy, but you should expect that with pretty much any company, and Epic does value work life balance so your manager will not get on your case if you need to work fewer hours in order to feel like you have enough time for friends and family as long as you get your job done well.
