Pros

It's challenging, engaging work. Every day is different, and I can see the direct impact that I have on the hospital systems that I work with. The bar is high, which means you're held to a high standard, but you're working with lots of other smart people. Compensation is competitive, and the health benefits are about the best you'll find. It's also nice to work on a cool campus and be able to dress casually at work.

Cons

It can be an overwhelming job at times, but I've always found my managers to be receptive to needing to have something taken off my plate. I've worked in both Verona and one of our European offices, and was pretty disappointed by how much my salary decreased when I moved overseas.
