Pros

- Great first introduction to the professional world - Gain plenty of transferable skills, if you're looking to make a career switch - Good travel opportunities - Lots of ways to make your mark or find a position you like (if your manager can support you)

Cons

- Different departments offer more opportunities than others - Your experience can heavily depend on your manager's willingness to address your needs - Still has a start-up mentality, despite being the US market majority

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work with a lot of different job roles within a hospital setting, from VPs to end users.

Cons

Travel up to 90% makes it hard to commit to life events outside of work.
