Pros
Exceptional first job out of college. I can't imagine a place where as an entry-level employee, you're given as much autonomy, compensation, and career opportunities. For someone interested in pursuing a career in healthcare technology, there's no better place to be.
Cons
When I was there (2010-2014), the median age felt like it was mid-twenties. While this was fun from a social perspective, it also meant that your immediate managers were likely only a year or two older than you. With that comes immaturity and lack of disciplined leadership. That said, since the company has continued to age, I would imagine that this has changed.
