Pros

Young, smart, hardworking co-workers Fun, challenging, high-level of responsibility comes quickly

Cons

Project Managers travel way too much. After a year you'll be on the road 3/4 weeks, sometimes with stints as long as 5-6 weeks where you're only home on Fridays and weekends. You're expected to put in an extremely large amount of work if you want to move quickly.

Pros

Average competence, though they tout they are all brilliant in self aggrandizing fashion. At first I thought I was being paid well, but found out I was being way underpaid according to industry levels.

Cons

After two years, still unemployed. Epic means nothing on a resume. I believe it repels companies. Only option is to start my own business, but there's little progress there. The culture is awful and extremely passive aggressive.
