Token adjustments from time to time that pretend to understand work life balance never quite get to the root issue. High turnover creates more work for those left behind which creates a domino effect of even more turnover. Management often full of themselves. Management advancement process opaque and a black box affair. CEO slightly crazy. But other high management types incredibly capable. Only trouble is, they take orders from a slightly crazy CEO. Things are getting better but IS are still considered replaceable. A greater focus on employee retention would go a long way to making this an incredible place to work. But maybe it's easier to exploit high-performing college graduates who had no idea what job to take after graduation.

Some people have great experiences and others have terrible experiences. I've seen highly capable and intelligent people dismissed from the company while others that I felt were not as good at the job stuck around for years.
