Pros

Quality work experience interacting with the top healthcare professionals in America. No experience necessary. Epic trains employees on the system and their implementation methodology. Coworkers are highly motivated, task oriented, and dedicated.

Cons

The intensity and demanding environment can overshadow any appreciation or recognition for the efforts an employee puts out. Most employees are right out of college and have their own ideas about how a company should work. This can be frustrating to anyone who worked at other organizations prior to coming to Epic.

Pros

Experienced guys take your opinion into consideration when making decisions. Developers don't have middle persons to tackle when making design decisions.

Cons

Environment gets tense as we never miss deadlines
