Pros

- if you're determined to get great outcomes, you can truly chart your own course. - you can make a bigger impact and accomplish more in this job than just about anything else out there. - you won't work with smarter, more driven people anywhere.

Cons

- depending on the client, it can be a lot of travel. you're rewarded for it though. - like any job there are peaks and valleys, but the peaks can be really high sometimes.

Pros

Good food, great health benefits, great education, a lot of freedom, wear whatever you want

Cons

This company is definitely for the hard-working and those good at time management. I know some employees in my same position that work 60-80 hours, while I only work 55 hours max, including travel time. 45 is more of a norm.

Pros

Epic gives employees a lot of responsibility very early in their career. This allows employees to grow rapidly and achive quick success.

Cons

Transparency of issues and standing within the company is not always clear. Managment can do a better job of outlining expectations and when expectations have been met/ not met.
