Pros

Great pay, unbelievable learning experiences, work with high quality individuals, work for the best vendor in the industry, make great connections that will build your career for the rest of your life

Cons

Company directions change on a whim, flat management structure discourages long term (10yr) employees in implementation, complete black box when it comes to raises or rankings, direct managers tend to care, but upper level management sees Implementation as expandable, non compete is a bugger if you try to leave - but there are ways around it.

Pros

It's a good job with good benefits and a neat environment. Coming out of college, it's a seamless transition. You start with a bunch of people who are your age and it's really easy to make friends.

Cons

Cultish culture. They make you drink the kool aid in order to make it up the ladder. If you remotely criticize the company you're immediately outcasted.
